| Shocking post Red, assuming the elderly have had it easy, shows naivety. Very few of what are now “the elderly” had 2 cars in the household, i for one in 1974 couldn’t afford even one when I bought my first house in Edgeley, I went to work on a motorbike. Mortgage was 3 times my salary and twice wifes. Also a rare event to go further than Anglesey on holiday. Oh and don’t forget the 14% plus interest rate. Your comment is quite insulting to be honest. |
