Yes it is. Of course it is and I'm not defending it. The law will catch up with these people (if it hasn't already) and they will be punished accordingly.
As you know, I've been living abroad through my work for a long time now. Someone once said to me that the only difference between here and there is that there, you understand the news. The same shit is happening here but you don't speak the language so you don't know what the news readers are telling you.
They're wise words that I've always remembered but, and this is a but shaped by what I've seen and my experiences, Britain has much more of an "I'm alright Jack" culture as part of its social fabric, than any other country I've ever visited.
I'm proving, more than adequately on here, that I too have some of this attitude as part of my DNA.
