I wonder if this has changed ??? He hasn’t married a Catholic or converted to the Church of Rome… Is he still in the Line of Succession… more questions that there will not be an answer for a while …
My view is he remains in his position in the line of succession.
Removal would require legislation, but he might be having to consider renouncing his right.
