: *Returns from an extended scouting trip. The longer we stay here, a stationary target, the more we need to know what other people live deeper in the jungle. It's really only me and Tasp who are qualified to take this kinds of missions, so both of us have not been in the Lair at the same time much lately.*

: *We have learned that there are other Talunas in the jungle, at least two roving bands, and some rogues, like Rissa. Some of the rogues have what seem to be permanent abodes. Some Panthers want to be alone, and rogues don’t usually make good members, or like Rissa, they don’t stick around long. But knowing who these Talunas are is a necessicity, and establishing positive relations will have to be a priority. Or killing them.*

: *I’m not in a real hurry to get back to the Ville. I am kinda lingering in the last week. I was in the process of making friendly relations with a rogue taluna about a week ago, when I sprained my foot, and wanted to spend a few days off of it. Thus, I wound up spending a week with her, just the two of us, and it had turned into something more friendly, and moreso, as the week went on. Like me, she is Earthborn, and went through alot here – eventually got loose, got to the wilds, and has remained free for a long time. But unlike me, she doesn’t embrace her life on Gor. She just wants to live in the jungle, away from people, and not be reminded of what she suffered and endured earlier in her. Maybe love for me will draw her into participating in this life, and maybe not. I left for Home, wearing a beaded necklace she had made by filing and polishing silver stones into similarity, with a magnetic clasp. On our third day together, she had taken it off her neck, and wound it twice around my left wrist. I hadn’t removed it since. She knows I will be back to visit, to see if she has changed. But for now, based on the report I get from Billi, I think I have been gone a little too long. I need to ponder how best to deal with some of the things I had missed, in the two weeks I had been off on this mission.*
