Crown Prince Haakon had to step in for his father on short notice, and read the speech written by his father. The King´s speeches are usually quite funny for this event, and this time it was even more amusing as it had not been changed for his son who thus had to speak about himself and his mother in his father's words.
What a pity King Harald couldn't deliver the speech himself; he must have been looking forward to cracking the jokes - but the Crown Prince was a good stand-in.
