I just feel sorry for Queen Margrethe, she is known for her attention to language and now she has to receive someone whose conversation skills are not exactly high standing (to say the least).
I wouldn't worry too much - in her long reign she has received all kinds of world leaders and knows how to deal with them.
In Annelise Bistrup's biography 'Margrethe' (2005) the Queen recalls her meetings with two other US presidents:
"A very charming guest was USA's president Bill Clinton who stayed with us at Fredensborg for one night. Having an American president as your guest is not easy because of all the security and fuss - but the man himself was most easy. He arrived late in the evening, and before we put him to bed he had a sandwich and a glass of something, and then we - the closest family - sat and talked to him. It was certainly not difficult. He was a good charmer. The next day there was a big official lunch, and everyone fell for him, which I understand very well.
I have also had the pleasure of meeting president George Bush Sr. and his wife Barbara, whom we visited in Washington in February 1991, just a few days before the land war against Saddam Hussein's occupying troops in Kuwait began. They were lovely people whom we would have been equally happy to meet had they not been the President and the First Lady."
