Some number-crunching: Tories came into power in Q2 in 2010, so based on the figures available here: https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/populationandmigration/internationalmigration/bulletins/longterminternationalmigrationprovisional/yearendingjune2023#net-migration Using Q2 as the guide to base it on full years since they were in: 2011 - 283,000 2012 - 162,000 2013 - 215,000 2014 - 248,000 2015 - 296,000 2016 - 321,000 2017 - 200,000 2018 - 216,000 2019 - 224,000 2020 - 111,000 2021 - 221,000 2022 - 607,000 2023 - 740,000 Total net migration - 3,844,000 Based on the 13 years of data up to and including Q2 2023, the average net migration figure is 295,692 per year Based on the 2,200,000 figure from the article above and the 13 year tenure, net migration average under Labour was 169,230. So the answer is yes.
