" I am not sure we are on the same page with a number of these issues but just to pick up a couple of your points. The stop and search policy you mention is of course highly targeted at black and ethnic minority people. This is because two thirds of this group commit knife crimes. What is happening is not police discrimination - it is common sense ,proportionate and actually serves the black community well by preventing youngers from these groups dying in much higher numbers. The political leaders you mention are very different of course and the reasons for their election are very varied. We could argue all day about Boris Johnson, Brexit ,Trump-US politics but I am not really a believer in using football club message boards to do that. I never join in those discussions here - except when they have a cross over into things relating to Stockport County.
