If you don't finish the season, how do you deal with these questions?

    - How do you deal with the rebates broadcasters want? £700m for the Premier League. The EFL will face the same issues

The Premier sits down with Broadcasters and negotiates a compromise deal. Sky etc get £200m back, £10M per Club, and some extra free televised games over the course of the next few years.

It's easy to see a way to a deal, and if not; The contract is broken, and Sky lose Premier League? They're done, gone, finished.
Apple, Google, Amazon, BeIn, Netflix or any number of other platforms step in, pay the money, drop the compensation for Sky in as a closer, and take 3 million subscribers with them.

And all that assumes ANY Judge is going to award £1 under the circumstances (Force Majeure)

    - How is promotion and relegation decided?

It's not, the season is null & void, it never happened. Everyone starts next season where they started this one. The Leagues are all Private Members Clubs, most Clubs aren't going to be promoted, so most will be happy with the status quo.

    - How do you prevent dozens of clubs from the Premier League and EFL going bust?

This is how you prevent it. This is the only way. Adding more costs by continuing the season without adding income is the surest way to end vulnerable Clubs.

    - How do you deal with the scousers not winning the League and listen to them pissing and whinging about it for the next century?

You remind them they killed 39 Italians and prevented English Clubs from playing in Europe for 5 years and Karma's a bitch.

I mean, you say they've had very bad luck, they are brilliant, and you see no reason why they shouldn't go and win it.
