Sorry Nik, but the fan was always going to be charged and found guilty, the police wouldn’t bother with the player unless the fan wanted to press charges, if you can’t see that walking away from an incident is a better option than walking in towards the trouble then you will never accept my opinion and I’m glad you ain’t sitting on the jury when I’m in court next week
