The fact they charged the County fan with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence clearly demonstrates that they believe McClean may have felt a fear of unlawful violence towards him. It's (painfully) obvious why the County fan was charged and McClean was not.
I can see your point you're making, but it's absolute nonsense; your opinion on the matter is irrelevant when there's a documented chain of events that has led to one of the two parties involved in the incident to be charged with an offence and that person not being James McClean.
