As part of a redevelopment of the Vernon Mill area, it would be a fantastic location - walkable from the town centre and railway station, v handy for the motorway.

They could look at Penny Fields also. Woodbank Park would be left field but would also work.

However, I am still convinced we should stay where we are. That was the commitment from the owner and I doubt any of that has changed.
