water. They said there hasn't been a shark attack in those waters in the past 60 years. I want to find out how many years before that, the years I swam there.
The marine scientist, a fellow named Craig O'Connell, said sharks and whales have been seen close to New York Harbor. The water is cleaner now, and seals have returned. They were gone for over 100 years. There is more for sharks and whales to eat now, and they are coming closer.
He, of course, was very happy this was happening. It bodes well for the ocean. But as for me, I never even took a bath after I saw Jaws.
The narrator said New Yorkers are bold and brave know-it-alls with attitude. They are not afraid. The Great White sharks will feel right at home. Welcome to the neighborhood!
