I'm almost 85 years old. Something is bound to rear its head at any time. If all is still good when the weather gets colder, I'll be away for months at a time again. It won't get to be an easier job with time. Slow moving as it is and we've got a ton of crap.

First of all, making some room will make the workload easier for me and if I should become incapacitated or pass, it will make things easier for the kids to handle.
