Besides if he takes Andrew's he might be forced to take Harry's as well.
Another reason might be that once you strip one Prince of his style and titles that may come back to haunt you or your successors when they could do without the bother.
Andrew may be an unpleasant man but so far he has not been convicted in a court of law. Remember how unpopular the King himself was while his first marriage fell apart and after the divorce?

My understanding is that it's not unprecedented at all... my example of George V issuing a LP to restyle Pss Patricia of Connaught on her marriage, minus her HRH and no longer a Pss of UKoGB&NI . Also the LP issued in 1937 to deny the wife of the Duke of Windsor ( an HRH ) to the entitlement of HRH. TK can certainly issuue a LP to remove the HRH and title of Prince for his brother based on these two previous LP. Of couse it's a murky old business doing such a thing ...so my guess is he won't..he ( his advisors) will let the UK parliament sort it out ...and there is no room for that right now. The govt has enough to deal with rather than sorting out titles and removal of for TK's brother.

According to this Charles does have the prerogative to pull the titles. But it would be quite unprecedented and Charles remains a traditionalist. Problem also is that Harry would immediately become eligible for the same treatment.... but ripping the titles from his son and grandchildren would be an unwelcome PR and media nightmare...

I'll just add this link which I got from another board.
The article covers all the titles and honorifics.
