I think she's adorable but she has been using her royal title plenty of times when it serves her. She was suggested as a bride for Charles as a Princess not as Miss Romanoff. The 1932 warrant was of course not aimed at prohibiting the use of foreign royal titles on British soil socially but to limit the number of foreign royalty within the British nobility but having said that: surely we can't have all these high ranking foreign (European) royals parading their more ancient titles at social events in the presence of the less prominent continental Royal Houses of Saxen Coburg and later Battenberg) now can we..  Previous Message There is a very frank and honest podcast/interview With Olga Romanoff on youtube - where she is being asked if her title is on her driving license and in her pass - and she say no it is not. So in fact she does not "officially" in the British system have a foreign title. If Brits socially wish to call themselves Princess Romanoff or Count Mapelli Mozzi they can... unless the use of the title is protected in some way... Here is the link (and it is from around 11:00):
