But...the issue here is not the reigning title of a foreign head of state on a state visit, the issue is the appearance or non-appearance of nobiliary titles from a foreign state being referred to (or not) in a court circular or other press or official announcements by BP. So Beatrice and her husband's Italian titles would not be referenced if their names appeared for any reason in such cases..no "Count and Countess"
