I've been thinking that it might be an option for the youngest generation to give the oldest a dukedom, the second a marquessate and the third an earldom but to only give lifetime dukedoms works as well. Though i'd love Charlotte to become marchioness of Carisbrooke n her own right. Assuming that by that time the grandchildren through younger offspring will not be HRH prince(ss) it would provide Charlotte's and Louis' children with the style of lord/lady.
The recent action of King Charles III creating a royal dukedom for lifetime only has really set me thinking.
That such titles can be restricted to senior working royals is one advantage, as I see it. And they could easily be granted to women.

Quite unneceassary complication. Gender neutral would work by simply dropping the word "male".
