The recent action of King Charles III creating a royal dukedom for lifetime only has really set me thinking.
That such titles can be restricted to senior working royals is one advantage, as I see it. And they could easily be granted to women.

Quite unneceassary complication. Gender neutral would work by simply dropping the word "male".

I feel that HM has commenced his reign with quite a realistic attitude in this matter.
