France (987-1792, 1814, 1815-1830, Orléans 1830-1848)
Spain (1700–1808, 1813–1868, 1875–1931, 1975-present)
Parma/Etruria/Lucca (Parma 1731-1735 then 1748–1802, Etruria 1802-1807, Lucca 1814-1847, Parma 1847–1859)
Two Sicilies (Naples & Sicily) Kings here were at times also king of Spain, it's a little complicated for me to go through the dates right now.
Between 1815-1830 for instance, the Kings of France, Spain, and the Two Sicilies, and the Duke of Lucca were all agnatic descendants of Louis XIV.
Further back, among the agnatic descendants of Hugh Capet as a whole (the Capetian dynasty), there may be other combinations of kings, including bastard lines of Portugal (if you include them, you can pair them to some combinations of the descendants of Louis XIII above): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capetian_dynasty#Sovereigns_from_the_Capetian_dynasty
