What relevance the mores of the 60s?
I really don't understand your point about double adultery etc. Yes, it would have been a scandal then but what is the relevance of that to the current legal situation?
How can this, trivial matter, have any effect on the Belgian monarchy? Surely not having a government for over 2 years is a great deal more important in Belgium.
I, for one, hope the matter is left to rest here, with no changes to laws regarding titles. That would be petty and undignified.
Steven just out of curiosity were you alive in the 1960's and 70's when Delphine was conceived and her parents had a relationship with each other while being married to each other?
Because what i read is someone bringing 2020 values and morals and applying them to the past. It also sounds like you have no clue about how things were at that time so before you pass judgement you might want to inform yourself a bit more.

Oh yes, internet postings - the real judge & jury.
...Such a relief that the legal decision was not based on feedback from spiteful mind-readers with heads full of stereotypes. She fought her father's denial (He could have settled this whole matter when she was a baby) - and she won! Good for her, and I hope her financial gain is substantial.
