So it was the fact that the Danish PM didn't want to discuss selling a country that she doesn't own that made Mr Trump postponing the meeting. And of course she wouldn't discuss that.

Chequer - I can assure you there was no intention to offend the Queen. From what I've read about Trump, he absolutely likes royalty and loves meeting with them. I doubt that the Queen was offended. She has been on the throne long enough to have seen and heard it all. The Prime Minister owes her an apology. It was her job as a top official/diplomst to assure that everything went off smoothly and she failed her sovereign. But, if I may, if the Queen did take offense, I have no problem offering an apology.
