Hi Steve, I know what you mean about scrapping the tools. I really enjoy the shows but often feel very inadequate. Then I just have to tell myself there is always something better and I do this for the challenge, the satisfaction when I solve a problem, and a reason to collect tools :>)
Last night I made the crank shaft for my gun and when I went to install it I discovered that I installed the crank shaft tube backasswards. I reread the instructions and just didn't realize even though it says as viewed from the front I installed the tube as viewed from the back. Just another problem to solve or I can always say the gun it a left hand version.
