Re: Email issues, AGAIN
sees: when my Kyocera Brios Sprint cell phone became obsolete I tried AT&T. Don't get me started. After dealing with them to try to get the cell phone working, I swore that I would NEVER use AT&T for any kind of service. I ended up going with Tracphone. You SHOULD be able to access your email on your computer, not have to go to a website, seesthru. Their website is HORRIBLE. The first time that I tried to pay for a month it wouldn't recognize my password or user name. I had to call their tech line which is horrible. Plus I was lied to. The store said that I had to choose one of 2 plans, $30 or 60$,to get set up but once I did that I could pick up the pay as you go cards so I chose the $30 plan initially. Then I picked up one of their $15 pay-as-you-go cards which didn't work, it required an additional $15. All this and it was one of their phones that I bought and I wasn't transferring my old number. The CSR I called about that told me that they weren't pay as you go cards, they were just another method of payment like a credit card. Cathy
