Today, they finally "got" that the problem isn't on my end, after I posted a link to the many people complaining of the same problem I am having.
They now say, it's hackers trying to get into the accounts that's causing the issues.
I had thought about that. But, who knows? We will see how long the fix lasts this time. If it breaks again, I will definitely give that cox cable guy a call. I don't do cable, but they have phone and intenet, and I can transfer the federal program that NOW, I hope, lets me have my internet free.
