It wouldn't surprise if it's hackers. Do you remember that major breach that Anthem BC and BS had years ago in 2015? I was with Anthem when that happened. People with Anthem were sent letters letting us know how to contact one of the credit companies to set up a fraud alert for a while. Well, a company called OneTouchPoint who provides printing and mailing services to health insurance companies and medical providers, got hacked. I received a letter from them. Apparently they had old information from when I was with Anthem BC/BS years ago. The letter said the hacker(s) got names, addresses, employer keys, and plan names. But since I have another health insurance company now that information wouldn’t be pertinent any longer. OTP sent contact info for all of the credit companies. I called Equifax and got a fraud alert for a year. Cathy
