Since I don't have a server, I know it means, ATT's servers, or yahoo's, since ATT made us go through yahoo for our email.
So every few days, my email stops working, and I have the same problem being locked out, and I have to contact ATT and I have to do the same things ... clear cache and cookies, try different browsers, change password... and they unlock it, and call it fixed. Then a few days later, I'm back to square 1.
I'm going to have to use a GMAIL as my permanent email from now on, and consider dumping ATT. I don't like having to go to a website and log into my email, when I should be able to get it on my computer, and when I DO have to go to the website to log in, I should be able to log in without being told I've made too many attempts, when I haven't.
This is frustrating. This is my main emial, for bills, for personal email, for online ordering, and I've had it for years. GRR internet! LOL! I love internet, but it can be so frustrating!
