It's easy to spot the wartime versions of the Streamline Blizzard and D-Lite because of the shouldered bail. I think it's the only bail used by Dietz after 1935 that does not have the pivot in the middle. All the streamlines started with a straight sided pivoted bail with exposed peened ends. After the war they went back to the straight bail only without the peened ends. BB
