"The plain shouldered bail was used on all the straight tube Blizzards and D-Lites before 1935 and brought back for the war version of the streamline. A few years after the war, they used the straight side bail again on the streamlines"

Was there any reason for this ya suppose? Other than just to confuse us years later?
