Someone passed on my sister's block last week and he had a 6 pound dog. I have a tiny one bedroom apartment. Can I take him in? I would never leave the two alone. Max doesn't come to me anyway and he only sits on the cage. The dog is tiny so won't be able to crawl on the cage. I don't want to upset Max. What do you think.
