Typi Al of this council,they don't want a successful team ,they would rather go and watch those in the nearest city,deferred till when,when it will be to late for us to progress in the present ground,over something that nobody was bothered about ,what's so special about it nothing so annoyed,I hope mr stott does not pull out his support for the club now !!

Application should give us the better “ clout “ when dealing with the Council 👌

Deferred until August when they should have corrected the error in the report to avoid legal challenges later down the line.

Rather that than have the delays sat waiting on a Judicial Review.

Ummm sort of.

There was an error in the report which could leave them open to judicial review if they took a decision either way. But that wasn't said in the meeting.What was said was they had received a late submission and it was important committee had all the info presented properly hence deferment without discussion.

It wasn't clear whether that related to the error or something else. Perhaps someone else can clarify?

My father was a County fan like my grandfather before :-)

Cheers. I get things have to be correct but this is a scrappy bit of land that public can't access and has knot weed on it. Whilst it has protective status (I believe) i would argue the status has been added incorrectly as it is a brown site as I believe a factory used to be on it? If this is the case then as brown site land and with it being neglected land with knott weed, having someone coming along to develop it the council should be in full support imo.

I believe it's not unusual for deferments etc to happen but even so it's not giving the impression the council is backing the club and MS and is failing to see the asset the town has in the club. Again all my opinion of course
