Cheers. I get things have to be correct but this is a scrappy bit of land that public can't access and has knot weed on it. Whilst it has protective status (I believe) i would argue the status has been added incorrectly as it is a brown site as I believe a factory used to be on it? If this is the case then as brown site land and with it being neglected land with knott weed, having someone coming along to develop it the council should be in full support imo.

I believe it's not unusual for deferments etc to happen but even so it's not giving the impression the council is backing the club and MS and is failing to see the asset the town has in the club. Again all my opinion of course
