It was DH and as BWS says below it has benefited both the main parties at different times by giving them bigger majorities than they merited on the share of the vote they received.
For me I think a lot of peeps feel disenfranchised as their vote doesn’t count. If you are a Tory living in a Labour stronghold, you might as well not exist electorally. Ditto labour voters in Tory strongholds. And if you are a LibDem, a Green or a Kipper ditto.
I am no fan of audio, but for a party to pool 4m votes and not get a single seat in Parliament ...well that just doesn’t seem right to me.
In 2015 Lanpbout and Conservatives took 85% of the seats with 67% of the vote. How can that be right?
