Agreed.

I live in Marple so i've been going out for 2/3 hour mountain bike rides in the hills. Hardly anyone about, good weather and plenty of free time.

Feel sorry for those that live in flats in dense urban areas where going out has much more risk but at the same time, you just have to roll with what you have and I may as well take advantage of living on the edge of the countryside.

There's plenty of people out there trying to shame others for exercising for longer than an hour blah blah blah, but that 1 hour thing is completely false and I really don't feel that regular long rides out in deserted countryside is doing anyone any harm.
