For the reasons I mentioned.
If people think there isn't going to be an update, they will continue to make s**t up and spread rumours, "this has been decided", "that has been decided".
If the government come out and say "no decisions have been made yet, announcement on Monday" then job done, rumours subdued.
For at least the second time it's not about the content of the message when it comes or the decision making behind the message.
It really is very very very very simple, and I'm struggling to understand why you don't understand it.
