M20Hatter we’ve been complaining about the service levels of CGC for a long time. Malcolm Cooke (former director) personally stepped in and did a lot of work to address problems and make improvements. Standard language slipped back within weeks. It was a thankless task.
They know full well how many at attending. Either the Community Ticket or the club’s Healthy Ticket initiative are running for every home league game on a Saturday. Usually both run at the same time, so there are 800 to 1000 in that stand.
No excuses. It creates an incredibly bad experience to new visitors. Having something to eat and drink is part of the experience for these youngsters.
