Don't know the answer to building costs but any proper stadium redevelopment is going to be all bells and whistles that lasts 50 years plus. We are only going to want to do it once and it is going to be something that lasts long after all of us and current ownership. There is no sense cutting costs.

I also suspect there are very good reasons why we are planning to do the stands in the order that is planned and it may well be that cost is only one factor.
