That stand was rebuilt on the cheap in the 90s and was quite frankly ruined. Crap facilities, the huge supporting roof posts retained, a lack of a proper camera gantry so scaffolding and ladders get in the way, and a ridiculous number of seats in a row in each block. Its no wonder it was largely empty as soon as the Cheadle End opened.

I’d upgrade that stand before the Main Stand, and possibly even before the Railway End.
