It makes sense to build a 5,500 stand with a premium side on view, which can be used for home supporters, before constructing the Railway End.
The problem is the cost. We're looking at £50m for a new Pop Side.
It's hard to know where to start. The Main Stand is badly in need of structural repair and a new roof.
