As for transfer spend ,nobody knows, County's transfer spend for the 2023/24 season is not publicly listed as a single figure on any sites like Transfermarkt, which focus on individual transactions and market values rather than overall club expenditure. However, the club made several loan signings and loan departures, including bringing in Brad Hills and Sam Cosgrove on loan from Norwich City and Barnsley respectively, and signing Owen Moxon permanently from Portsmouth. There were no major incoming permanent transfer fees, and the club focused more on players whose contracts had ended or were on loan from other clubs, which finished up with the club having a Group operating loss of £7.0m. What true County fans do know tho ,is the fact that we actually played away at Crawley in March 24 and not the home game that I mentioned in Sept 23 .
