It isn't harsh, Norwood has offered next to nothing. Doesn't get about the pitch which is at odds with how Challinor sets his teams up, plus he isn't strong enough in the tackle to be the midfield enforcer we need. When fit, I'd have both Camps and Collar in there ahead of him on current form. Just because he's an ex-PL player doesn't mean he should automatically walk into the team. A three year deal is fully bonkers IMHO.
