Brought back information long forgotten. I also found a posting with some info indicating Jim's family keeping court action alive until some sort of justice was achieved for Mary and Jim's legacy.

Somewhere in there was where I was surprised to learn that Massachusetts Attorney General Scott Harshbarger was involved somehow. Not exactly sure how. I think it was with some sort of decision making.

We in police work, have a saying that "In the Halls of Justice, the Justice is in the Halls".

So true. Justice applied in the street can also be effective and much less costly.
