I know I'm a few weeks late, but I wanted to acknowledge Jim's 100th birthday on August 20th. Jim gave us something in his lifetime that continues to bring his fans happiness long after his death. With the crazy things going on in this world today, we need Jim's music more than ever. There have been so many changes in the music world thru the years, and not for the better in my opinion. But Jim's music will never die. That's something they can't take away from us. If you're looking at this forum, then you're more than likely a huge Jim Reeves fan, like I am. Jim's recordings have stood the test of time and will continue to be loved by his many fans throughout the world. I think that would make him very happy...
