I don't know anything about the Bobby Allison fight, but if someone punches another person multiple times, while the person being punched does nothing, then yes, they should be arrested. Doesn't matter who they are. Race car drivers are just people and should be held to the same laws as everyone else. Now if you take the Jeff Gordon/Jeff Burton on track scuffle in Texas last year, that was 2 drivers going after each other at the same time. Different situation.
