Charles … one is a pr/pss of the UKoGB&NI if one is the child of a sovereign OR the child of the son of a sovereign ( the fact that you have a grandparent who is a sovereign does not guarantee you being a pr/pss… eg the children of the Princess Royal )
The case I am talking about are the children of the Duke of Sussex; they became Prince and Princess upon their grandfather’s accession.
