I have several students in our band program that are not yet ready for formal leadership positions, but are absolutely ready for more responsibility and ownership within the program.

What kinds of positions or responsibilities have you created for students like this so they feel involved, valued, and contributing to the success of the band?

I’m looking for ideas beyond the typical Load Crew, Prop Crew, or Music Library positions.
