We have a position called "Coordinator" - I stole the concept from UNT. They coordinate whatever needs coordinating. Load crew, prop crew etc are coordinator positions. We put them in charge of whatever they're good at - social media, event organization, setting up chairs and stands, traffic cones on the marching field, could be anything. For most kids it's a "leader in training" position.
