And before you, or anyone else tries the "that's different" argument....no it's not different. The heart of the issue is that there are rules in place. They might not be good rules, rules with unintended consequences, or just not plain smart rules. But they are the rules. You do not get to play "Sovereign Citizen" and disregard rules you don't like or agree with whenever it suits you; that's how you get anarchy. As someone else posted above, you follow the rules as written, and then drum up support for changing a rule that you think is suspect...and provide the rationale why, and possible solutions. Seems like there is good rationale forming in this thread.
