When district administration (upper, fine arts, campus) ignored a rule that was already a part of the agreement, then ignored the rule again after the requested schedule adjustment was denied by TMEA, the district displayed that it cannot be trusted to follow rules, policies, and procedures that were already established. An individual who is not directly involved with this issue has stated he has requested communications from multiple districts through freedom of information act requests. He also stated that he would publish all of it in a few weeks. I am looking forward to seeing ALL of those communications.
