I have many years of experiencing the same professionalism, but this has been a deteriorating issue, quite possibly in a singular region, and this year it seems to be worse than ever - to the point that some information isn’t getting out at all. In this situation, unfortunately, it is not a wrong email address or spam filter, nor is it the fault of the many band directors who have been punctual and responsible and have taken care of their end of business.
